- Free shipping on US orders over $70.
- Orders under $70 ship for a flat $8.
- Orders are packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. You'll get tracking by email when yours ships.
- We ship within the United States for now.
Returns
Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Email support@simmsknitting.com with your order number and we'll send return instructions.
If something arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll cover the return.
