Refund policy

Unworn pieces with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To start a return, email support@simmsknitting.com with your order number. We'll reply with return instructions.

If an item arrives faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us and we'll cover the return.

Refunds are issued once the return arrives and is checked. Your bank may take a few days to show it.

Exchanges for a different colour or size: email us and we'll set it up.
